Producer Eric Schultz talks with "Boardwalk Empire" author, historian and attorney Nelson Johnson. The Hammonton, NJ native published his history of Atlantic City and crime boss "Nucky" Johnson in 2002. It became a New York Times Best Seller when HBO launched the hit television series based on Johnson's book.
