Since its opening in 2010, the Waterfront South Theatre has hosted a variety of theatre seasons, fundraising events, neighborhood movies, meetings, reading groups, poetry groups, and much more. Thousands have enjoyed our professional live entertainment in this state-of-the-art venue, the first theatre built in Camden, New Jersey, in more than 100 years. Despite initial skepticism about drawing audiences to Camden, we've continued to attract new audience members from across Southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia area, proving that the community's appetite for quality theatre was strong.
