Mortenveld Productions is an independent film and media organization based in Madison, New Jersey, committed to storytelling that strengthens community, elevates local voices, and makes the arts accessible to everyone.

We produce award winning short films, develop larger independent projects, and create locally focused programming that highlights the artists, small businesses, nonprofits, and civic leaders shaping Morris and Union Counties. Through our community news and culture program, we provide free, high quality media that celebrates what is working in our communities and brings positive, non divisive stories to the public.

Collaboration is at the core of our work. We regularly partner with libraries, arts centers, municipalities, and community organizations to expand access to the arts and create meaningful public engagement. Education and mentorship are central to our mission. We support emerging filmmakers and students through internships, hands on production experience, mentorship, and public showcases. Our monthly short film event provides filmmakers with a professional screening environment and a welcoming space to connect with audiences and peers.
