Firefly Gallery is a beautiful boutique of colorful and eclectic clothing, yoga wear, and jewelry, but also an art gallery of local artists, photography, mosaics, and ceramics. The gallery is home to the artist-owner’s works as well as outside artists’ exhibitions. They also offer classes and workshops. The exterior of the building itself is an art marvel.

The Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts and Sciences provides a place for learning, free expression, and the exchange of ideas and understanding. This year-round organization offers thousands of classes, workshops, exhibitions, and educational programs to the community. Everyone is welcome!

A quest for knowledge about different wrecks and New Jersey maritime disasters turned into the creation of the Museum of NJ Maritime History. Now, it is home to the most extensive collection of maritime history and artifacts in the entire state of New Jersey.

Solace Studio + Gallery showcases artworks of various styles and media, including oil and acrylic paintings, mixed media and collage, and found object assemblage sculptures. While they focus on coastal imagery, they also feature still life, abstract, and pop art to ensure that everyone leaves wanting more.

With a season that starts right around summertime, Surflight Theatre packs a high-quality professional live theatre schedule through the Fall, providing a perfect getaway to the vacationers of Long Beach Island and the residents of Southern New Jersey.

This recreated seaport village was established to preserve, present, and interpret the rich maritime history, artistry, heritage, and environment of the shore and the unique contributions of its baymen. The Tuckerton Seaport strengthens bonds between families and communities by providing fun activities for all ages!
