Sumbit your name, street address, email address, and the YouTube URL of your video through the "I Love NJ Arts" online submission form on JerseyArts.com. All submisions must be received by no later than 11:59pm on October 31, 2009.
II. Conditions & Restrictions:
To submit a video to the JerseyArts.com "I Love NJ Arts Video Contest" you must first agree to the complete YouTube.com Terms of Service.
You further agree that you will not, in connection with User Submissions, submit material that is contrary to the YouTube Community Guidelines which may be updated from time to time, or contrary to applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
In addition, by submitting a video to the "I Love NJ Arts Video Contest" you agree to grant the ArtPride New Jersey Foundation (APNJF) the right to use the video for promotional purposes in any publication owned or operated by the APNJF including, but not limited to: the JerseyArts.com website, JerseyArts.com YouTube channel(s), and the JerseyArts.com Twitter, Blog, Facebook and other social media platforms. You also grant APNJF, at its sole discretion, the right to grant licenses to publish and/or publically display or perform the video in additional non-owned or operated media outlets including, but not limited to, New Jersey Network.
By submitting you agree to release and hold harmless the APNJF, its employees, agents and assigns, and its partner organizations from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in this contest and the potential use of your voice, name, and/or likeness.
Submitting a video to this contest does not guarantee its inclusion in any promotional materials.
There is no purchase of any kind necessary to enter this contest.
III. Prizes
Three (3) first-place winners will be selected from all valid entries to each receive a customized Flip Mino video recorder.
No other prizes are available through this contest.
Winners are solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and/or local taxes that may be incurred as a result of receiving any prize.
Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions of any kind will be permitted.
IV. Winner Selection
"First-Place Winners" and "Alternate Winners" will be selected by a panel of judges selected by the ArtPride New Jersey Foundation from all valid entries by no later than November 30, 2009.
All first-place and alternate winners will be notified by e-mail by no later than December 11, 2009 regarding details on how to claim their prize.
The names and hometowns of all winners will be posted on JerseyArts.com following their selection.
In all cases the decision of the ArtPride New Jersey Foundation will be final.
