If I purchase a Jersey Arts Gift Card online, how long does it take to receive the card?
Your purchase will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Shipping will vary, depending on the service selected at the time of order.

Can I use my Jersey Arts Gift Card with multiple organizations?
Yes, as long as you have a balance remaining on your card you can use it among different organizations at different times.

How do I check the available balance on my Gift Card?
There are several ways to check your Gift Card balance:
>> Visit www.MyPrepaidCard.info (no charge)
>> Call the interactive voice response system at 877.368.7530 (49¢ fee per call)
>> Call 877-368-7530 and press the prompt to speak with a live customer service operator (95¢ fee per call)
>> Balances can be obtained on most sales receipts after a transaction (available balance appears within the authorization code)

Is the Gift Card valid without my signature?
Gift Cards must be signed by the user. Organizations may ask to verify the user’s signature on the receipt with the signature on the back of the Gift Card.

What if the purchase amount is more than the available balance on my Gift Card?
In most cases you will be able to make a purchase that is greater than the amount of the Available Funds by asking to pay the remaining balance with another form of payment (such as cash, check or credit card). Not all organizations may offer this as an option.

Why do I have to keep track of my Gift Card balance? Why can’t the organization tell me the balance remaining?
Each time you use your Gift Card the amount is automatically deducted from your card’s available balance. Because Jersey Arts Gift Cards utilize the Discover Network, individual organizations don’t have access to the card balance information until after the transaction is completed. Your Gift Card’s remaining balance will appear within the authorization number that is printed on your receipt after completing the transaction.

How are refunds credited back to my Gift Card?
Refund policies vary from organization to organization, however if a refund is made to your Gift Card those funds may not may not be available to you for up to seven (7) business days. Some organizations may choose to issue organizational credit for refunds.

How soon can the card be redeemed after it has been purchased?
Your Jersey Arts Gift Card is typically activated immediately upon purchase, but if system problems occur we might not be able to activate your card for up to two (2) business days after the date of purchase.

Why register my Gift Card?
Registering your card is fast, free and easy. In the event your card is lost, stolen or expired, a replacement card can be issued ONLY if you have previously registered your Gift Card. Registered Cardholders may request a replacement for a lost or stolen Card by contacting NBO at 888.489.0464. A replacement Card will be issued to the registered Cardholder with the remaining card balance less a $5.00 replacement fee. Does my Jersey Arts Gift Card have an expiration date?
Gift cards expire no less than one (1) year from the date of purchase except where prohibited by law. Upon expiration the administrator of the program reserves the right to retain any unspent Card Value as compensation for providing this service.

Yes. Terms and Conditions apply to all Jersey Arts Gift Cards. Please click here and/or refer to the Terms and Conditions that you received with the Gift Card at time of purchase for this information.

Is there a purchase fee for the Gift Card?
No - only applicable shipping fees are added to the cost of purchasing a Jersey Arts Gift Card.

Are there any account maintenance fees?
There are no account maintenance fees associated with keeping your gift card active unless a replacement card is issued or you choose one of the fee-based balance inquiry options listed above.
