Salomon Kadoche is happiest when he is drawing or painting.  Born in Casablanca, Morocco, he has dedicated his life to perfecting his craft and producing quality work.  He earned his BA from Hunter College and has studied at both the Art Students League and the School of Visual Arts in NYC.

Salomon Kadoche's lifetime devotion to the arts is apparent in his paintings with subjects ranging from floral and fruit still-lives and marine scenes to figurative works in oil. His still-lives are breathtaking renditions of reality. His landscapes explore undiscovered places in the garden state.  Kadoche explains that he is stimulated by his exterior world, as “My eyes see the world as a subject to picture interpretation.” He is able to take an ordinary scene and accentuate its striking qualities through his careful composition and rendition.

Kadoche has participated in many solo and group exhibitions throughout his distinguished career, including shows at the PSA Hermitage Foundation Museum in Norfolk, VA, the Pastel Society of America in NYC, Macculoch Hall Historical Museum in Morristown, NJ, and Barron Arts Center in Woodbridge, NJ. He has also won several prestigious awards including the New Jersey Pastel Society of America Award and The Dianne B. Bernard Award in Pastel from The Art Sprit Foundation.
